We have GNC here as well and I've heard they also sell ephedrine but I've never bought from them. I get my ephedrine from Popeyes (a supplement chain) for $7 per bottle, which is 50 pills of 8mg ephedrine. I live in Canada, so for me I get my caffeine pills from Wal-Mart 100 pills for around $8, 100mg caffeine per pill. So long as you are in good health, and follow the directions on the HotnFit website, you should be happy with ephedrine and its results.
